We want this whole experience to be FUN but our crazy legal people want some of this serious stuff in here so please read it carefully and ask any questions BEFORE placing your order.  Placing an order on the MyFaceIcons.com website constitutes your agreement to all terms & conditions.

PRIVACY POLICY

At MyFaceIcons.com your privacy and security is important to us and we take it very seriously.

Credit Card Information

We use secure servers to protect your personal and credit card information and we delete credit card information from our server once the transaction has been processed.  Beginning with the page where you enter your contact information, you are on our secure server evidenced by either a solid key, closed lock, or "https" depending on the browser you are using. These servers are protected and we encrypt your information using 128 bit SSL technology. As proof that we are committed to security, we use Verisign/Paypal as our payment gateway.  In addition, we restrict access to credit card information internally.

Other Information

Order information including name, address, and contact information are collected for the purpose of satisfying your order.  Communication may be necessary throughout the delivery process. On a very limited basis, we may send emails out that notify you of occasional new products or sales.  We do not provide any information third parties.   We do track website traffic patterns for the purposes of improving our website.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to highly customized/personalized nature of our product and the fact that we may begin the artwork immediately, we charge your card upon receiving the order.  We do realize that circumstances change so that if you want to cancel your order, your refund is dependent on the stage of completion when you cancel (we will not take advantage of people so call us quickly so we can stop any work):

• Orders cancelled BEFORE the artist begins work (normally within 24 hours) - 100% refund.

• Orders cancelled AFTER our artist has started but BEFORE completed - 50% of the price will be refunded.

• AFTER completion - No refunds at this point. 

Other than what is noted above, there are NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ARTWORK

Wake Up!  We structured the product and website to enable us to provide high quality cartoons as icons at a low price. Generally there are no changes made to artwork after it is completed unless we did not follow your directions.  Remember, you are commissioning our artist use his creativity and expertise to do the work.  As such, you should convince yourself of the artist's capabilities by reviewing the sample work.  All artwork is done by or done under the direction of one person.  If you want more options or a proof to review, please consider our full service offering at www.GiveAcaricature.com .

TIMING

We understand that you may have a specific event for which you are purchasing the icon and timing is important. We can control what we do but please note that you, the customer, have an impact on meeting deadlines because you provide the initial photo(s).  Note that our clock starts ticking when you provide suitable photo(s) and understandable direction.  See timing FAQ.:
